Monday, August 4th, we left Wisconsin Dells and headed to Rochester MN. It was a highway drive with nothing to view except rows and rows of corn with some soy mixed in. Making it to Rochester and setting up, getting real experience with that. We stopped here to see Walt and Sherry's old stomping ground. Walt worked for big blue and was on temporary assignment here for 4 years approximately 20 years ago. The neighborhood has changed considerably, new roads restricting your ability to get there from here. Well we went to see their old domicile, house has gone through a considerable change and growth. The only thing that hadn't changed was the yet to be paved road they lived on.
Today, shopping is in the wind with dinner at a local haunt. Nothing really great to write home about. Wednesday we leave for Mitchell, SD. a drive of almost 300 miles. Gonna be a long day and I will probably be a grump by the end.
